Diversity and Inclusion

At SystemHaus diversity is one of our top priorities, we see ourselves as a social company with responsibilities to help historically underprivileged groups.

We aim to fully represent under privileged and marginalized groups both in our workforce and our management and reflect the changing face of the population. As of 2022 our workforce has a BIPOC representation of 13% and we are aiming to double that by 2024, although we are pleased to report that our management team now has 50% BAME representation.

We have also been working hard to represent LGBTQIA folks in our workforce, as well as encouraging existing employees to identify as such, we now have a LGBTQ union group as well as an LGBTQ2S awareness months.

We want to make sure that our work environment is a safe space for every employee, to do this we make sure our employees are well trained in diversity. As a social cause we donate 10% of company profits to social causes such as LGBT charities and BLM. Employees are also encouraged to give 5% of their wage to approved activist causes.
